Chris Nayfack is a passionate coach at Desert Empire Surf Soccer Club with a strong commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field. He began his coaching career in 2019 as a recreational coach, quickly discovering his passion for fostering young talent and guiding players toward not only athletic success but also personal growth.

In 2021, Coach Nayfack joined Palm Desert Soccer Club (PDSC), where he became the assistant coach of the Boys 2014 team. During this time, he advanced his coaching education and earned his National (E) License. As PDSC transitioned to Desert Empire Surf in 2022, he expanded his role, becoming the assistant coach for both the Boys 2015 and Boys 2014 teams.

In March of 2024, Coach Nayfack was appointed as the head coach for the Desert Empire Surf Boys 2014 team. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that soccer is a powerful tool for teaching life skills. He focuses on helping athletes grow into not only skilled soccer players but also confident leaders and role models in their communities.

Coach Nayfack emphasizes teamwork, perseverance, and integrity, striving to encourage players to excel as teammates, community members, leaders, and family members. His commitment to the game extends beyond the field-he is passionate about using soccer to instill values such as resilience, dedication, and a strong work ethic in his players, empowering them to succeed in all areas of life.
