Coaching today’s youth goes beyond collecting wins and trophies. It’s more about the development of each player on and off the pitch. Preparing players for higher levels, such as college, is what I strive for. And if they choose not to pay at a college level, then watching them succeed at bigger game called life because of the structure and workmanship they’ve gained through this sport, is worth more any “trophy” I can earn.
