My passion to coach was born from the desire to support our youth as a positive leader and role model as they transition from children to adulthood. I ask for discipline, commitment, hard work, humility, and accountability. All characteristics that will help the players to succeed on and off the field. As I have developed in the sport I have grown the love for teaching the game. Beyond telling the player to u201cdo itu201d, I strive to teach the player u201chow we do itu201d and u201cwhy we do itu201d. Our game is constantly evolving and I hope to continue that evolution within myself as a coach alongside the players that I have the opportunity to work with.
